Recent Activity Providing exceptional learning opportunities for all students is the mission of the Scottsdale Unified School District. As we strive to achieve our vision of 32 Excelling schools, quality professional development is imperative. Researchers continue to discover that investment in teacher knowledge and skills earn the greatest gains in student achievement. SUSD’s Comprehensive Professional Development Plan is a series of plans that focus on results, are aligned to the National Staff Development Council standards, and support the daily work of our educators. The Excelling Teaching and Learning Team, Career Ladder Program, Human Resources Department, and Scottsdale Education Association continue to work together to provide and recognize quality professional learning experiences for SUSD teachers. |
